Very Professional
I have used many contractors in my days. Some good, some not so good. From the time the sale representative ( Will Magner) stepped in the house, I knew that this company was more professional than most. We were shown all our options and he talked very professionally about the product. We decided to go with the company. Every time I received a phone call from someone it was very courteous and professional. Our house is 174 years old and is unique in so many was. They were very flexible with their product. The day of installation comes and three very professional gentlemen showed up. Well dressed, clean and ready to work. The were very aware of the age of the home and how delicate some things were that they had to work around in the home. They were courteous in laying out tarps, and were very meticulous and clean through the process. They worked quickly and efficiently with demolition and instillation. Considering what they had to work with (again 175 years old) they did a great job. The finished product looks great, the service was great, and we are happy with the result. Thank you to Ron, Frank, and Shawn for a job well done!
Beautiful Shower

Joe did a fantastic job with installation and cleaning up & Stephanie kept us informed of appointments and any other information we asked for,everyone we have interacted with from Comfort Bath & Shower have been extremely helpful and very nice we appreciate you all thank you! Very happy with our new shower!
After moving into this home from the 60's we found the master shower was not usable. We gathered several quotes and made the choice to go with Comfort Shower. It took a while with all the delays related to covid but we're kept up to date with a call every couple weeks. The shower is beautiful and worry free for years to come. We are very happy!
I love my walk in tub!
I’ve always wanted a walk in tub for various health reasons and kept putting it off until I just had to do it. Well Paul came over and discussed it with me and I was sold! Michele took over after that and was very professional and kept me informed while waiting for the installation by sending me contracts and changes that I had made with electronic signatures from the comfort of my own home and my phone, a very easy process. After the installation Angelo came for a couple easy tweaks that took about two minutes and was very pleasant and courteous and said it would never be a problem to come back when ever I needed.. so happy I finally made the decision…

Very happy with my new walk in shower from start to finish was kept abreast of what was going on. Setting up the purchase with Brian Daily worked very well as he comes to your house and lets you know everything. I am very happy with final product….

it started with chris he was great very helpful with what i wanted. when it came time to install the shower Dan,Steve and Joe where very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. they took time to answer my stupid questions. GREAT JOB LOOKS GREAT!!

Not only were Ron H and Jose neat, they did a wonderful job putting in our shower. Everything looks great, and they cleaned up perfectly! Pleasant to have them working on our house. Good job!
Great Shower
I converted an old tub into a walk in shower. The installation went very well and the support from your office was excellent. I love the way it looks and the ease of taking a shower now is fantastic.
